By using SAL, seniors can find all of the information they need in one place. Our Consumer Service Representatives can connect seniors directly to service providers and will follow up with callers to ensure they received the information and assistance they requested.

Like all 211 services, SAL is free, confidential, multilingual, and available for anyone who is interested in connecting to community programs and services, whether for themselves or for a loved one. All SAL calls are answered by trained, local Consumer Service Representatives who are well-versed in local resources.
