Sierra Foothills Outpatient Clinic
The Sierra Foothills Outpatient Clinic provides primary care, individual and group therapy, and social services for Nevada County veterans. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is located at 11985 Heritage Oak Place in Auburn. For more information, call 530-889-0872.
Getting There by Bus
Take Gold Country Stage Route 5 from Tinloy Street Transit Center in Grass Valley to Professional Drive & Fortune in Auburn. (Please note: Route 5X at 9:00 am is an express bus and does not stop at Professional Drive).
STEP 1: Board Gold Country Stage Route 5 at the Tinloy Street Transit Center in Grass Valley. When boarding the bus, let the driver know that you want to get off at Professional Drive in Auburn. This is an on-demand stop, meaning you must request that the driver stop there.
STEP 2: Get off at the Professional Drive bus stop in Auburn.
STEP 3: Walk back to Bell Road. Cross Bell Road.
STEP 4: Turn left & walk about 2/3 of the way down the block towards the corner of Heritage Oak Place & Bell Road.
STEP 5: Turn right onto the path leading to parking lot behind Sierra Outpatient Clinic (11985 Heritage Oak Place) & enter through the rear.

Return Trip
Professional Drive is an on-demand stop only. You must call ahead at least 1 hour in advance to schedule a pick-up. Call 530-477-0103, ext. 0.
STEP 1: Walk west on Bell Road to the corner of Professional Drive.
STEP 2: Turn right and cross Bell Road. Continue north to the bus stop at Professional Drive & Fortune.
STEP 3: Take Gold Country Stage Route 5 to the Tinloy Street Transit Center in Grass Valley.

Getting There
The Veterans Services Office provides free transportation to the Reno VA Medical Center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On a limited basis, the Veterans Services Office can also transport veterans to specialized medical appointments in distant locations such as Auburn, Sacramento, and Marysville.
