As housing dedicated to homeless individuals and families becomes available, participating community partners will draw from the Coordinated Entry list to contact those who may be eligible for their programs. Your placement on the list does not guarantee housing. It is important to continue to reach out to other Housing Resources in the community. Please review the community resources below to assist you with your housing needs.
If you have not yet placed your name on the Coordinated Entry list, call the Homeless Resource Helpline at 833-3PLACER (833-375-2237).
If you are already on the list and need to update your information, click here.
