On-Call Consumer Service Representative

211 Connecting Point is looking for an On-Call Consumer Service Representative to assist callers in connecting to community resources. The On-Call Consumer Service Representative provides information and assistance to callers looking for health and social service information, screens callers for programs and services, and refers and/or connects callers to the resources they are looking for.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Scheduling Assistant

Connecting Point is seeking Volunteer Scheduling Assistants to assist callers in making free tax appointments. The Volunteer Scheduling Assistants will work as part of our 211 team to schedule AARP Tax-Aide appointments using the 211 phone system and scheduling software.

Volunteers must complete a two-hour training. Current training dates are December 14th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and December 15th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If neither of these work for you, please let us know.
